Water Treatment Section

This section involves removable of undesirable physical, chemical and microbiological impurities from the raw water.
This process involves Pre-treatment and Reverse Osmosis processes.

Pre-treatment

The efficiency and life of membranes are entirely depends on pre-treatment system hence good and effective pre-treatment system is required which includes
Carbon Filter- Ensure odourless, colour free filtered water
Anti-Scalant Dosing – To condition R.O
Multi Cartridge Filters- To remove undissolved solids

Reverse Osmosis

The pre- treated water diverted to reverse osmosis unit which consist of semi-permeable membrane to filter out unwanted molecules and large particles such as contaminants and sediments like chlorine, salt. In addition to removing contaminants and sediments reverse osmosis can also remove micro-organisms, which is harmful to drink. It gets water clean down to a molecular level, leaving only Pure H2O behind.

Sugar Syrup Processing Section

This section involves preparation of sugar syrup and its supporting equipment. Its consist of jacketed tank equip with agitator and heater which melt down sugar at certain temperature, after this molten sugar syrup is pass through filter and then cooled down before transferring it into the ready sugar syrup storage tank. From ready sugar syrup storage tank the syrup would be transferred to the blending tanks as require.

Pulp Handling Section

Air operated diaphragm type will be provided to unload the pulp from the pulp barrel to pulp storage tank. The pump will be provided with SS 304 structure, flexible food grade hose with union end connection. Pulp can also be manually unloaded in pulp stored tank. This pulp storage tank is made up of SS 304L/316L material having 2 mm shell thickness.

Juice Processing Section

Beverage Blending Section
In this section the beverage will be blend by addition of RO water, Sugar Syrup, Fruit Pulp, Additive etc. The Beverage blend will be stirred and then, homogenized and stored in Homogenized Juice storage tank. From the Homogenized storage tank the product will be pass through sterilizer for warm fill which can be connected to the PET Bottle filling Machine.

Pasteurization section

In this section homogenized juice is transferred in pasteurizer unit, this system is designed for HOT filling in PET bottle and pasteurizing fruit based beverages and holding for 45 sec. This will ensure smooth operation of plant during production. This system includes heating section, water return cooling section and all other accessories. This unit is complete with balance tank, sanitary stainless steel pumps, corrugated tube heat exchanger for heating and trim cooling, return cooler, automated valves, fittings and necessary interconnecting pipelines.

Juice Filling Section (RFC Machine)

In this section pasteurized juice is filled in different sizes of bottle as per market demand. We provide juice filling machine ranging from 60 bpm to 300 bpm, we also provide different types of bottle handling conveyors like Tilt Conveyor, Belt Conveyor, Air Conveyors and Bend Conveyor etc.

CIP Section

This section involves cleaning of whole processing tanks and pipelines. Mostly two SS 304 tanks (hot water tank and cleaning solution tanks) are required for CIP cleaning process.
