    Water Treatment Section

    This section involves removable of undesirable physical, chemical and microbiological impurities from the raw water.
    This process involves Pre-treatment and Reverse Osmosis processes.


    Pre-treatment

    The efficiency and life of membranes are entirely depends on pre-treatment system hence good and effective pre-treatment system is required which includes
    Carbon Filter- Ensure odourless, colour free filtered water
    Anti-Scalant Dosing – To condition R.O
    Multi Cartridge Filters- To remove undissolved solids


    Reverse Osmosis

    The pre- treated water diverted to reverse osmosis unit which consist of semi-permeable membrane to filter out unwanted molecules and large particles such as contaminants and sediments like chlorine, salt. In addition to removing contaminants and sediments reverse osmosis can also remove micro-organisms, which is harmful to drink. It gets water clean down to a molecular level, leaving only Pure H2O behind.


    Sugar Syrup Processing Section

    This section involves preparation of sugar syrup and its supporting equipment. Its consist of jacketed tank equip with agitator and heater which melt down sugar at certain temperature, after this molten sugar syrup is pass through filter and then cooled down before transferring it into the ready sugar syrup storage tank. From ready sugar syrup storage tank the syrup would be transferred to the blending tanks as require.




    Mixing Tank

    In this section RO Water, Sugar Syrup and Artificial Flavored all are collected in a mixing tank, which is equip with agitator motor. Which mixes all these at predefined portion homogeneously. Mixing tank is made up of SS 304/SS 316 material with or without insulated coating.




    Carbonator Tank

    Advanced carbonator ensures accurate proportional mixture of water, sugar syrup, artificial flavored and carbon dioxide duly controlled by screen. This ensures consistency in various batch mixes, taste and accurate mixture of CO2 gas. It can be interconnected within water / syrup chiller. Available from 500 to 10,000 LPH capacities.




    CSD Filling Section (RFC Machine)

    In this section carbonated soft drink is filled in different sizes of bottle as per market demand. We provide CSD filling machine ranging from 60 bpm to 300 bpm, we also provide different types of bottle handling conveyors like Tilt Conveyor, Belt Conveyor, Air Conveyors and Bend Conveyor etc.




    CIP Section

    This section involves cleaning of whole processing tanks and pipelines. Mostly two SS 304 tanks (hot water tank and cleaning solution tanks) are required for CIP cleaning process.




    Chiller

    Chiller - Emerson Copeland Hematic Compressor for Excellent Efficiency Performance and Reliability.
    High Flow Centrifugal Water Pump with Minimal Water Pressure drop.
    Large Surface area inner grooved copper and finned tube condenser for excellent heat transfer efficiency and handling high ambient with minimal capacity loss.
    Brazed plate heat exchanger made up of SS 316. Lightweight brazed construction offers much greater thermal efficiency and 75 % smaller footprint than comparable shell-and-tubes.
